If you're not happy with your package, email support@dutytoresume.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No hoops to jump through.
Cancel anytime and you won't be charged again. If you're unhappy with your first month, email us within 7 days of that first charge for a full refund. Later months aren't refunded, but you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
If a download fails or something is wrong with your documents, email us and we'll fix it first.
